1. Who we are

FlowRise Consulting LLC ("FlowRiseCX," "we," "us") operates the FlowRiseCX sales-assistant platform for RetroFoam dealers.

2. Information we collect

When you request a demo through our website, we collect the name, phone number, and email address you provide, along with your SMS consent status.

If you are a RetroFoam Dealer and connect your Google Calendar, we access Google Calendar data as described below.

3. Google Calendar access

When a Dealer connects their Google Calendar, FlowRiseCX requests read/write access so it can check availability and create, update, or cancel appointments directly on that Dealer's own calendar. This access books appointments on the Dealer's site only — it is not used to read or modify any other Google account.

• Calendar data is accessed in real time, on demand. FlowRiseCX does not store, log, or retain Google Calendar data on its servers.
• The only third party with access to this data is Google — both as the host of the Calendar API and as the AI model provider FlowRiseCX uses to interpret scheduling requests.
• A Dealer can revoke FlowRiseCX's access to their Google Calendar at any time, either from within FlowRiseCX or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all future access immediately; because calendar data is never stored, there is nothing further to delete.

FlowRiseCX's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use information

Demo form data is used solely to deliver the SMS/call demo you requested and to follow up about FlowRiseCX. Calendar data is used solely, in real time, to check availability and manage bookings on the Dealer's calendar as directed by that Dealer's leads.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate FlowRiseCX — such as Google, for Calendar access and underlying AI processing — and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

6. Data retention

Demo form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your request and are deleted on request. Google Calendar data is never stored (see Section 3).

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or revoke Google Calendar access, at any time by emailing hello@flowrise.cx.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
