Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowRiseCX website and platform, operated by FlowRise Consulting LLC ("FlowRiseCX," "we," "us"). By using FlowRiseCX, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

FlowRiseCX is a sales-assistant platform for RetroFoam dealers — answering calls, working leads, sending quotes, and booking appointments on a Dealer's own calendar.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to connect accounts — including Google Calendar — to FlowRiseCX.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse FlowRiseCX, including attempting to access it by any method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or interfering with its normal operation.

5. Third-party services

FlowRiseCX integrates with third-party services, including Google Calendar. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we use Google Calendar data.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

FlowRiseCX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowRise Consulting LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to FlowRiseCX for any account that violates these Terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FlowRiseCX after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
